Change of mind

Textures By Dani sells online courses delivered as digital content. Access is provided immediately on purchase and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or for courses you have bought but not started.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out below. Please read the course description carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you are unsure whether a course suits you.

Faulty or not as described

Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a course is not delivered, is significantly different from its description, or has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it, you are entitled to a refund.

If the problem is minor, we will fix it — for example by restoring access or replacing faulty content. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show the funds.

There are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees, because no physical item is returned.

In-person workshops

Melbourne workshops are booked and paid through ClassBento. Cancellations and refunds for those bookings are covered by ClassBento’s terms, not by this policy.
